崔见的艺术给我突出的印象，是他巧妙、机智地把沉静思考和潇洒挥写结合在一起，创造出既有传统情怀又有现代意味的水墨作品。写意水墨创作有强烈的即兴性，它需要画家的感情冲动生发出来的灵感，精神放松地进入状态，根据画面的进展加以发挥，但头脑又要清醒、冷静，小心翼翼地掌控笔墨。画家作画，如临战布阵，既要胸有成竹，又要善于随机应变。这是理性与感性的结合，是意识与潜意识的碰撞。古今中外凡是有作为的画家，无不是既善于思考又是激情满怀的人，理性与感性两者比重的不同，形成各自不同的艺术面貌，而能把两者结合得浑然一体的人，必有大成。
　　崔见的笔墨乱中有序，实中见虚，在不经意中显示功力与修养，在不追求风格中流露出鲜明个性。画如其人，他为人不风流跌宕，但富有气质；而画平中见奇，有内美。
　　崔见出生于苏北东台，长江南北交汇处。少年时期酷爱书画，后入伍做美术普及工作，能油画、雕塑，更擅水墨，从临摹起步苦练传统笔墨，又经过学院教育和长期磨练，终成气候。他的成长经历决定了他性格中兼有南方人的灵秀和北方人豪迈，也形成他在艺术上不拘泥于一家一派、不为传统束缚，而勇于在广采博取的基础上我行我素又不逾矩的品格。
　　崔见的水墨艺术已自成面貌，但他不会自满和停步不前，他会用更出色的表现回答人们对他的期待！

　　Calm Deliberation, Natural and Unrestrained Painting

　　The arts of Cui Jian's impress me prominently, because he combines calm deliberation with unrestrained painting together ingeniously and intelligently, and eventually creates the Chinese ink painting with traditional feelings and modern meanings as well. The freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting possesses intense property of impromptu, which needs the painter's impulsive inspiration and feeling, and to bring the relaxed spirit into the status, give full play to create according to the progress of the painting, however, the mind shall be sober and calm, and cautiously grasp the writing brush and ink. When an artist is painting, that just like going into a battle, which requires a well-thought-out plan but also requires adapting himself to changing circumstances. All of those are the combination between sense and sensibility, and the impact between consciousness and subconsciousness. At all times and in all over the world, the painters with accomplishments are all good at deliberation with great passions; the proportion between sense and sensibility is different, both of which will form respective artistic aspects with difference, however, the person who can integrate both of them well and harmoniously will have great achievements finally.
　　The writing brush and ink of Cui Jian is well-aligned in a mess, and shows emptiness in the solidness, which reveals his skill and culture by accident, although not pursuing some styles, he comes out the obvious personality. His paintings are just like himself, he is full of temperament rather than romantic ups and downs; and his paintings shows unique things among ordinary matters, with great of inner beauty naturally.
　　Born in Dongtai of Subei, the joint of the north and south of Yangtze River, Cui Jian was very fond of calligraphy and painting as a boy, since then he participated the public works about paintings, he is good at oil painting, sculpture, and better Chinese ink paintings; nevertheless, at the beginning, he started from facsimile, and worked hard to practice the traditional Chinese ink paintings, and had great studies in college education and long-term practices, and finally accumulated achievements. His growing experience determines his integration of southern delicate beauty and northern boldness and generousness in this personality, and shapes his character and moral that are not limited to only one party and constrained by the tradition, but are persisting his own ways in disciplines on the basis of wide adoption and learning.
　　The Chinese ink painting of Cui Jian has been formed his own features right now, but he will not complacent and will keep moving forward, and even he will reply all the expectations by virtue of more remarkable expressions!
