楊志平，1949年生于内蒙古。现为中国艺术书画家协会会员，中国艺术网艺术委员会委员，国家一级书法师、美术师，中国国礼艺术家，中宣盛世国际书画院研究员，中国老年书画协会会员，内蒙古诗书画协会会员。
自幼喜欢书画，尤其是书法，更是情有独钟，从八岁开始，临池不辍。遍临古代名贴，经过几十年的刻苦研习，干锤百练，默默耕耘，练就了一手扎实过硬的基本功。同时在继承传统，博采众长，吸取精华的基础上，逐渐地发挥自己的优势，经过长期的探索、锤炼，慢慢地形成了自己的风格，自成一体。尤其是行楷和行草，更是风格独特，亮丽悦目。其作品端庄清丽而又不失流暢潇洒；风骨挺傲又不失柔美俊逸。曾多次参加全国及省市级大赛并获大奖。2021年应邀参加了中央电视台《收藏天下》举办的中国艺术家春节联欢晚会，被授于2020年度当代最具影响力艺术家荣誉称号，并颁发了荣誉证书。
