白松露有“餐桌白钻”的美称,因其对生长条件要求极为严苛,无法人工培育,所以产量稀少,加上赏味期限短,而显的尤为珍贵。
White truffle has the reputation of White Diamond on Table. It is precious because of its extremely strict requirements for growth conditions, the impossibility to cultivate artificially, and the short taste period.

This November, a special four-hands dinner in celebration of white truffle season will be led by Chef Andrea Susto and 2 Starred-Michelin Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna from 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai. The natural beauty of white truffles will reach new heights in their passionate and skillful hands.

南瓜及秋冬蔬菜泡沫在白松露的激发调和下,温柔地唤醒味蕾。手工意面搭配白松露是经典与正统意式味道的诠释,当奇异的松露香气来到香烤奶饲小牛牛里脊身边,更是让痴迷于肉食之欢的食客们陷入一种眩晕的满足感。
The menu for this year's dinner starts with a pumpkin and winter vegetable foam with white truffle to gently awaken the taste bud. Homemade pasta allows the white truffles to shine against a simple, unpretentious backdrop, while roasted milk-fed veal sirloin brings out their most savory, earthy notes.
而风味独特的栗子冰淇淋更是因为白松露的搭配,让这段甜蜜的时光变得更为缠绵。除此之外,还有布列塔尼蓝龙虾贡献着惊艳的鲜甜,以及侍酒师搭配的精美葡萄酒,每一味珍贵的食材都增添着层次滋味,在美食与美酒的丰盛与美好中,身心皆被治愈。
Finally, the menu ends with a unique chestnut ice cream topped with white truffle. In top of the white truffle, the menu also features premium ingredients such as “Brittany” blue lobster and premium wines selected by sommeliers, which will help diners experience truffles in a whole new light.
