第一次看到麦可作品的时候其实是相当的巧合，当时他正在他的工作室里面作画，而他的作品马上吸引到了我。

　　这些大量由暗深颜色被神奇组合的画面中充满着如此的能量，我可以做的只是静静的注视并感受着它们。

　　麦可的作品第一眼看起来，看似线条在随意变换着方向并且创造出不对称及复杂的形状，但实际上作者对画面上的任何线条及颜色都有着娴熟的掌控以及对这种特殊技法的熟练使用。

　　面对他的作品，你好像可以感受到作者在作画时的隐忍与坚持，画作中能量随时的迸发，暗藏的颜色的流动以及对各种不可预知的宣泄。

　　我个人对麦可的作品非常的珍爱。作者作品中的诸多神秘感夹杂着作者的私人感情，那些来自大自然的敏锐的灵感以及许多令人惊讶的元素如线条，斑点及色块让人不可预期。

　　麦可的作品让人思考。他的作品，你可能喜欢或讨厌，但决不会让你无动于衷。

　　MAIKE YING AND HIS WORKS IN MY SIGHT

　　It was rather by coincidence that I came upon Maike’s work, that I saw him painting in his studio. Yet the attraction was immediate.

　　I was struck how these abstractions painted in mostly dark colors were amazingly compelling and fueled with so much energy; it made me silent, just looking at them.

　　Maike’s work, at first sight seemingly veering off in every direction and creating asymmetrical and complicated patterns, is actually very well thought of and the result of mastering specific painting techniques.

　　Confronted with his work one feels as if the painter is in constant restraint, as if at any moment the painting could explode, letting loose a well hidden splash of colors, bursting with young, new, but unpredictable life.

　　These are his works I personally cherish the most. Where the painter is mastering and mixing at will a lot of mystery with personal emotion; elements inspired by nature with sensitive yet powerful and at times surprising lines, dots and color patches out passing the expected.

　　Maike’s paintings invite for thought and reflection. You can love or hate what he is doing. But his work won’t leave you indifferent.
