东西之间：中国时尚策展史

侨福当代美术馆·北京当前展览《相遇亚欧III》由国际著名策展人罗兰·艾格先生受邀策划。参展的四位参展艺术家分别来自亚洲和欧洲的不同国家，分别为：凌健（中国）、米兰可·帕瓦奇（新加坡）、休伯特·沙伊布尔（奥地利）和吉赛普·戛洛（意大利）。此系列当代艺术展旨在通过艺术家们在全球和多元文化视角下的交流，架起东西方国家之间的文化桥梁。

The ongoing exhibition at the Parkview Museum Beijing Bridging Asia—Europe III, curated by The Parkview Museum Art Director Lorand Hegyi, presents four artistsfrom different countries in Asia and Europe: Ling Jian (China), Milenko Prvacki (Singapore), Hubert Scheibl (Austria) and Giuseppe Gallo (Italy). This series of contemporary art exhibitions aims to build a cultural bridge between countries of the East and the West through the creation of a dialogue between artists within a global and multicultural perspective.

侨福当代美术馆·北京荣幸邀请时尚策展人Pooky Lee推出公共讲座：《东西之间：中国时尚策展史》。在这场讲座中，时尚策展人Pooky Lee将通过分析和讲解二十至二十一世纪间，几场由西方博物馆举办的中国时尚展览，以及在中国本土发生的时尚策展案例。深入探讨时尚与博物馆学是如何作为新的视角，帮助我们更好理解东西方之间的文化、政治等诸多方面互通交流的。

The Parkview Museum Beijing is honored to invite fashion curator Pooky Lee to open the public lecture Between East and West: A History of Curating Chinese Fashion. In this talk, Pooky Lee will offer a detailed reading and analysis of a few case studies from 20th and 21st century: exhibitions hosted by Western museums revolving around collecting and displaying Chinese fashion, as well as China’s own trajectory of curating fashion locally. Through the lens of fashion concept and museology, the lecture will reveal some of the complexities in cultural, political and social exchanges between the East and the West.

Pooky Lee是一名驻上海的时尚作家和策展人。他毕业于伦敦艺术大学，持有时尚策展专业硕士学位。2018年，Lee成立了时尚策展工作室ExhibitingFashion.org，旨在通过策划讲座、展览、电影节和纪录片拍摄，帮助观众更好的理解时尚这一文化和社会现象具备的多重维度。工作室定期与诸多博物馆、品牌和创作者进行着合作。

Pooky Lee is a Shanghai-based fashion writer and curator. He graduated from University of the Arts London with a master's in fashion curation. In 2018, Lee established fashion curation studio (ExhibitingFashion.org) with the aim to help the audience understand a variety of perspectives of fashion as a cultural and social phenomenon through exhibitions, lectures, film screenings and documentary productions. The studio regularly collaborates with museums, brands and creative professionals across the world.
