如果说青山红尘可以标识出两种文化价值出世与入世的话，那么，作为画家的樊洲恰恰相位于此间交汇处。这样说，当然不仅仅是因为他把自己的画馆建在了风景绝佳的翠华山国家地质公园，也不是因为他把自己的画馆建得像礼堂一样大(1800平方米)，而是因为他所处的时代，已然失去了古之高人期期以求的结庐在深山的文化气韵。但是，樊洲毕竟还是结了庐，而且是在并不寂寞的大山上，于是，山中的樊洲便因山野特有的清新而日渐变化起来，先是脸润，继之体健，后又神闲。
　　随着身体各个部位的生理变化，樊洲的画也开始有了新的起色，山野的风正慢慢地从其画中吹向红尘中的我们，让我们很舒服地感受到了一种生命的活力，缘于这种吹拂，樊洲也就从来没有真正离开过红尘中的我们。即使已被山光水色陶冶得颇似山人或者某个大隐，他也依旧在笔墨之中，挂念着我们的审美以及作为尘世之人的我们的文化气息。因为这种挂念，樊洲的画便不仅仅是古之文人墨客的草草逸笔，而是大笔大彩的横空出世。我曾说过，樊洲是极有可能从深山里生长出艺术样式的艺术家，对此，我们需要的不是狐疑而是等待。据说，“距青山很近，离红尘不远”是地产商们跑马圈地时的一个永恒的梦。但是，由于过于的“红尘”，地产商们最终还是离青山远了。幸运的是，通过樊洲努力，地产商，当然也是包括我们的梦想终于在翠华山上的樊洲画馆以及画馆之内的樊洲和其画作之上有了圆的可能。

　　Mountain and Earthliness----Talk about Fan Zhou

　　If there are two kinds of culture value, one is close to earthliness, one is apart from earthliness that we call “green mountain”, then we could say artist Fan Zhou is standing on the cross point of green mountain and earthliness. Why did we say so? It’s not only because he built his art museum in the National Geological Park in Cuihua Mountain, or the art museum he built was so large that looks like a meeting hall, but also he did the things that nobody in this era will do. It was kind of breaking. In ancient China, some talented people would live in the mountain and lead a simple life. Now what Fan Zhou did was just the same with them. The simple life brought him nice appearance, healthy body and good mentality.
　　The change not only happens on Fan Zhou himself, but also on his work. His work is full of the vitality of nature. Though Fan Zhou is a hermit, he still cares about the people in earthliness, cares about our feelings and aesthetic judgment to the paintings. For this concern, most of his works focus on color that is attracted.
　　I’ve said that Fan Zhou was going to be a unique artist with his own style. Now I still believe in this. What we only need to do is wait for his success. Friend of real estate industry once told me, “to get closer to green mountain, and not too far from earthliness at the same time” is dream of all the developers of real estate. But unfortunately, they’re still too far from the mountain. Now Fan Zhou has made their dream come true by his art museum and paintings.
