Guangzhou-based artist Qi Yafeng made his Beijing debut at the Today Art Museum on Sunday with his solo exhibition Unbreakable Poise, which features a number of Qi's best works from the past two decades.

First starting his career in 1984 and reaching his peak in 1992, the 50-year-old sculptor has produced scores of artworks featuring his strong individual flavor.

His works have been displayed at exhibitions such as the 2015 Exhibition of the Association of Asian Contemporary Sculptors, as well as the Guangzhou International Art Fair.

According to the press release sent to Global Times, the exhibition includes both interior and exterior display areas to highlight the diversity of Qi's sculptures, which range from small-sized models to huge sculptures. The exhibition will run until June 19.
