「盆菜」,始于南宋末年,源于香港围村。现如今,这道传统美食已是粤菜在各大喜庆节日的压桌重菜。百菜百味,共冶一炉,每种食材都保留着原始味道,又因与其他食材融合而得以升华。
"Poon Choi" was first appeared in the late Southern Song Dynasty and originated in the Walled villages of Hong Kong. Nowadays, this traditional delicacy is one of the most important Cantonese cuisines during major festivals. Plenty of ingredients and flavors are cooked in one pot, and each ingredient retains its original taste and is sublimated by fusion with the others.

「喜庆团圆如意盆菜」传承香港元朗围村的传统风格,每种食材都经过单独烹制。咖喱汁、扣肉汁、豉油皇等调味各有千秋,再经过南乳汁的浸润,味道协调可口。
Auspicious Poon Choi is a dish that inherits the tradition of the Walled Village in Yuen Long, Hong Kong, with each ingredient of the dish is cooked separately. Curry sauce, buckle gravy, soy sauce, and other seasonings all have their own merits, and then after the permeation of red bean curd sauce, the taste is perfectly coordinated.

Osechi-Ryori is a traditional food enjoyed on New Year's day in Japan. It originally came from a ceremony called "Osechi" in the imperial palace and used to worship the gods and pray for the family. Like the Chinese New Year's Eve dinner, Osechi-Ryori carries a blissful meaning with its complex ingredients.
