陈栋帆最新个展“锻炼”展览现场

　　“我从今年夏天开始就在纽约工作室里准备这次个展，但并非是准备具体的作品，而是一种状态，在这种状态中，展览成为了工作现场的一次短暂迁徙。

　　锻和炼，是一种特殊的形式和状态，如展览英文名称‘Heated Bloom’的意思：锻造中的钢铁，犹如花开绽放。”

　　Since this summer I have started to prepare the solo show in my studio in New York. It is not about how to create any concrete works, but more about how to generate a situation, in which an exhibition can be seemed as a temporary migration of my studio situation.

　　The characters for "forge" and"smelt"(which when paired in Chinese mean "to exercise","refine" or "practice") indicate certain forms and states.Just as in exhibition's English title, "Heated Bloom", which suggests metal being forged and smelt like flowers blossoming vibrantly.

　　此次个展“锻炼”呈现陈栋帆近两年(2015-2017)在纽约的创作，展览空间划分为五个部分：“You are not alone”、“Daily News”、“观景台”、“锻炼”和”失效”。

　　这是艺术家陈栋帆在清影艺术空间的第三次个展，开幕现场会有艺术家限量版新书《Daily News》全球首发和签售。

　　The exhibition "Heated Bloom" presents work produced by artist Chen Dongfan over the last two years (2015-2017) in NewYork. The exhibition space is divided into five segments: "You are not alone", "Daily News", "Viewing Platform", "HeatedBloom" and "Invalid".

　　As being Chen Dongfan's third exhibition at the Inna Art Space, the event also serves as the international release and book signing for limited editions of the artist's book "Daily News".
