绘画作品要靠艺术直觉，直觉要靠画家的敏锐观察和独立思考。祁璐是一个用心钻研、喜欢思考的画家，因此她的画有自己的风味。

　　Artistic intuition is a key point to paintings, while intuition must depend on an artist's keen observation and independent thinking. Qi Lu is an artist who always studying and thinking about painting, which makes her works has its own special charm.

　　善于把握和营造画面的总体氛围，是祁璐绘画的一个重要特征。祁璐对画面具有很强的总体把控能力，从构图到色彩，一方面努力创造画面的丰富性，另一方面又能把这些丰富的表现纳入一个总体一致协调的空间。她的作品中所表现出来的朦胧感和诗意，就是这样一种总体氛围。

　　One of the important feature about Qi Lu's painting is her skills of being good at grasping and creating the overall atmosphere of the picture. She has a great ability of overall control toward the picture. From the composition to color, on the one hand, she tries to create the richness of the picture, and on the other hand she can also bring these rich performances into a space of being coordinate. The poetry and veiled that revealed in in her works is exactly that kind of overall atmosphere.

　　在创作过程中，祁璐重视理论思考，以此推进表现手法的创新。她有着东方人对光的感悟，在创作中就如何运用光的作用来引导色彩变化，她做了许多有意义的尝试。她用色是直觉的，浪漫的，大胆的。她讲究色彩的纯度和明度，注重色彩关系的处理，在大对比中求和谐，在复杂中求统一。

　　In the process of creation, Qi Lu attaches great importance on the theoretical thinking in order to advance the innovation of expression techniques. It is based on her special perception toward light of being an easterner that she tried a lot of meaningful attempts about how to use light to guide the changes of color. About color applying, she is intuitive, romantic and daring. Being paying attention to the purity and brightness of color and laying emphasis on the treatment of color relations, she seeks harmony among the great contrast and strives for the unification in the complex.

　　祁璐运用工写结合，在工笔与写意之间，她不断探索自己的表达方式，找到以联动的美贯穿工写结合的路子；她用功底扎实的工笔表达细腻、精致之美，用写意构成画面的流动之美，使得整个画面松紧有度，焕发出灵动之美。

　　She combines the fine brushwork and freehand brushwork together and among them she continuously explore her own means of expression and find the right way to run through the combination with the beauty of linkage. With solid foundation of basic skills of fine brushwork, her picture expresses the beauty of exquisite and delicate, and with freehand brushwork, it is created the beauty of the flow with the picture of being right tightness and therefore glowing the beauty of the clever.

　　祁璐的作品，在总体一致的氛围里有着非常丰富的内容。透过内容的丰富性，可以看到她构建复杂关系的强大能力。色与形的关系，色彩之间的关系，静与动的关系，松与紧的关系，祁璐在创作中常常能够把各种关系的复杂性推进到极致境地，因而她的画面所表达的内容宽广深厚。

　　The works of Qi Lu possesses the rich contents in the overall atmosphere through which we can see that it reveals her great ability of building complex relations. Color and shape, color and color, motion and station, loose and tightness, all of these complex relations under Qi Lu's works she can push them to the limit position. Therefore, the meaning of her picture is broad and deep.

　　祁璐在花鸟画领域达到了独特的的新境界。我相信，在不久的将来，她的艺术之路会走得更宽更远。

　　In the flower-and-bird painting field, Qi Lu has achieved into a unique new realm. I believe, in the near future, her career as an artist will be further and wider.

　　二零一六年十月，祁璐在意大利佛罗伦莎美第奇宫举办个人画展，我愿意把她介绍给朋友们，也衷心祝愿她画展成功。

　　In  October 2016, Qi Lu will hold herself art exhibition in the Palazzo Medici Riccardi in Florence Italy and I am willing to introduce her to my dear friends. Besides, sincerely i wish her exhibition will be a great success.
