It seems like China is going through a time period when real estate banquets are issued one after the other. Magnificent banquets are created elaborately and constantly by the real estate tycoons. Like a gorgeous birthday cake, properties are split and taken right after the construction is finished. Tycoons who set up the banquets, middle classes who attend and the sharp speculators who are involved are all happy seeing their dreams get realized, while more people are not sure when they can fulfill their dream of owning some property facing this craziness of property price growth.

　　Adopting techniques of the traditional splash-ink and freehand brushwork painting, the scenery of mountain and water is formed naturally as my wills are followed. Complex of my recall to the Chinese traditional culture is expressed via using the splash-ink and freehand brushwork. Connecting pieces of the realistic side of a modern China and those of my personal wishes, my metropolitan daydreams are knitted via the photographing and computer synthesis.

　　It is photography but non-traditional photography, wash painting but non-traditional wash painting, conceptual but conceptual in a non-traditional way, Chinese but Chinese in a non-traditional way. The human being’s ideal of the great harmony is coming to realize during the process of the science &technology modernization and economy globalization. This closeness also inspires conflicts among different cultures. I feel this conflict, react to it in the form of art and these are what artists can respond.
