▲红专厂当代艺术馆 “执像”摄影展第二季海报

　　2015年7月11日，《执像——中国当代摄影展2x6》(第二季)将登陆红专厂E7和E9馆!展览由红专厂文化艺术机构主办、王川策划、鲁明军担任学术主持，围绕历史、时间、城市记忆以及日常经验等相关主题，从不同的角度展开关于摄影这一媒介语言的思考和实验。

　　主办方邀请了12位艺术家，分别在三季展览中呈现极其富有思考性的作品对话：翁乃强、张大力、计洲、封岩、张超音、塔可、姚璐、洪浩、冯梦波、张波、刘铮、鲁小本。他们各自都有一套独特的工作方法，每个人对于摄影或影像的理解也迥然不同。

　　正如策展人王川所说，他们的身份不尽相同，年龄跨越不同时代;对摄影的观点大异其趣甚至相左，工作方法更是南北殊途。但是他们都在各自的位置上以自己的方式反复的触及、叩问着摄影、图像最本质的问题。他们“执着”但绝不“执迷”。如果说个案的研究可以充分挖掘个体思考和实践的内涵，那么处于比较和关联之中的个案则更具现象考察上的意义。在这样的框架下，艺术家在媒介立场、对象选择、手段方法、审美判断等方面不约而同的共性和独辟蹊径的差别无疑将被突显和放大。而这正是本次展览的基本结构的来源。—— 12位艺术家/摄影师、6个相对独立却又相互映照的展出单元、3个轮次的交替呈现。

　　本季展览将邀请张超音和塔可、姚璐和洪浩两组艺术家。职业摄影师张超音，数十年从事藏地人文、地理、民族、宗教考察拍摄;塔可，在传统造型艺术和新媒介以及东西文化之间跨越游转的青年艺术家，他们之间的对话在视觉结果上的显著差异下展开，却又包含众多的相似。同样的摄影之外的研究和考察积淀、同样的对技术材料的超越、同样的对技术与品质的苛责。无论是现实世界中的诗经觅古还是神秘藏地的摄影开掘，他们的作品都在告诉我们尽管世易时移，摄影依旧是最重要的认知世界、启迪智慧的方式和途径。

　　作为中国当代摄影的重要实践者，同为中央美院版画系出身的姚璐和洪浩，向我们展示的是两种迥然不同的艺术形态。洪浩的创作手段纵横脾扩，将对“时间”的思考和感受融入中国传统的手卷形式与来自西方的摄影媒介的奇幻结合。姚璐则凭借绿色的“垃圾山水”将当代艺术中的“置换”和摄影招牌性的“遮蔽”演绎得淋漓尽致。古典的结构覆之以当下的表皮，其背后却隐藏着由传统造型艺术和摄影训练，以及个人的文化情结相互交织而形成的思想和方法。作品带给我们的是对于中国古典艺术的热爱和焦虑，以及在娴熟驾驭现代视觉媒介时的审慎。

　　On July 11th, 2015, The Persistence of Images——Chinese ContemporaryPhotographic Exhibition (Season 2) will be held in E7 / E9，Redtory. This exhibition was organizedby Redtory Art and Culture Organization, the curator of the exhibition was WangChuan and it`s Academic host was Lu Mingjun. Themed with history, time, citymemories and daily lives, this exhibition presents the understandings towardphotography and the experiment on such medium from different perspectives.

　　The organizers will invite 12 artists that to presents worksdialogue respectively in three seasons exhibition: Weng Naiqiang, Zhang Dali, Ji Zhou, Feng Yan,Zhang Chaoyin, Ta Ke, Yao Lu, Hong Hao, Feng Mengbo, Zhang Bo, Liu Zheng, LuXiaoben respectively. Their embracing unique workingmethodology and their understandings to ward photography or video are divergent.

　　As the curator Wang chuan said，they have distinctive identities and were born in different ages.They possess various opinions toward photography, and their ways of takingphotos are virtually diversified. Nevertheless, they repeatedly make inquiriesabout the substantial questions of photography and images with their ownapproaches. They are persisted but never obsessed. If the research on aparticular case can explore the real meaning of an individual’s thoughts andthe content of a practice, it is more valuable to investigate such case in allkinds of relations and comparisons. Thus ,the similarity and distinction ofartist’s medium situation, object choice, strategy, and aesthetic judgment willbe definitely enlarged and accentuated, which is exactly the origin of thisexhibition’s basic structure ------ twelve artists/photographer, 6 relativelyindependent but interactive dialogues, alternated emerged within three rounds.

　　This exhibition will invite two groups of artists that ZhangChaoyin, Ta Ke, Yao Lu and Hong Hao. Professional Photographer Zhang Chaoyin,has been engaging in humanistic photography, geographic photography, culturalphotography and religionary photography. Take, a young artist roams aroundtraditional plastic arts, new media and cultural diversity between east andwest. Their dialogues developed on the basis of visual difference, but stillheld some resemblance. They share with the same accumulation far beyondphotography, the same challenge to photographic materials, the samerigorousness of techniques and qualities. Either discovering the ancient poetryor digging out the secret Tibet, their works consistently tell us photographyis still the most vital way of recognizing the world and inspiring wisdom nomatter how time changes.

　　As the most important practitioner in Chinese contemporaryphotography, Yao Lu and Hong Hao, with the academic background of Wood BlockPrinting in Central Academy of Fine Art, demonstrate us two diverse artisticforms. Hong Hao integrates Chinese traditional scroll with his thoughts andfeelings about time, which have also been combined with western photographicmedium. Meanwhile, Yao Lu perfectly illustrates the theme of “replacement” and“masking” of contemporary arts by the means of Landscape Painting of Trash.Classical structure covered with contemporary surface indicates traditionalplastic arts and photographic proficiency, as well as her ideology and methodoriginating from personal culture complex. The works bring us her love andworries of Chinese classical art, and her cautiousness when applyingcontemporary visual medium as well.
