The autumn breeze brings the sweetness of crab roe. ITO Restaurant innovatively disassembled the meat of the seasonal hairy crabs and stuffed them into mixed eggs to make very satisfying Crab Chawanmushi. A pleasant surprise for anyone the moment they lift the lid.
