Stefan Mosebach，出生于德国。现生活和工作在德国汉堡。为报纸、杂志和广告商工作。尽管毕业于设计学院，但是平面设计不是Stefan的爱好，插图是Stefan最大的热情所在。但早期为了生存，Stefan坚持为广告公司工作，只做过很短一段时间的艺术总监，不久之后，便被要求从事概念和战略领域的工作。他仍然会努力让插画继续下去，可是工作占用太多的时间，以至于Stefan分身乏术，于是他辞职，全心全意做一名插画师。即使当时，这个做法对他来说是一个巨大的挑战：
“我的账单怎么办？”
没有人能回答。
不管怎么样，Stefan决定冒险追求自己的梦想工作。两年之后，他还在做。发展越来越好，很不容易。

Stefan Mosebach，grew up in Germany. Now lives and works in Hamburg and works for newspapers, magazines and advertisers. Even though he graduated from design school，graphic design wasn’t his biggest passion. It was illustration that caught his attention. But he still checked out working for advertising agencies. Only had a short time as an art director. Quickly Stefan was asked to work in the fields of concept and strategy. He always tried to keep illustration going, but job that there wasn´t a lot of energy left for other stuff. He decided to quit job. Devoted himself to becoming an illustrator. Even then, this was a big challenge for him:
“Would I make enough money to pay my bills?”
Nobody could answer.
Anyway，Stefan decided to take the risk and go for his dream job. Two years later he still doing it. It is getting better and better. It is not easy though.

Stefan的作品里，他对质地非常着迷。他喜欢颜色，但通常不会在一幅画中使用那么多颜色。总有一种强烈的对比。纸，是Stefan最喜欢的媒介。他认为纸很感性。喜欢用墨水作画，干掉之后会呈现丝绸的质感，非常适合他快速绘制的方式。
In Stefan's work，he can be very obsessive about textures. He loves colors, but usually doesn´t use that many colors in one drawing. There is always some kind of strong contrast. His favorite medium is paper. It is very sensual to him. He prefers to draw with ink. It has a silky look when dried and fits his fast way of drawing.

Art is Stefan’s biggest passion. And it is also his job too. It consumes a lot of time and it surrounds him pretty much every day.
“我不确定它是否改变了我看待世界的方式。我认为这个世界对我工作的影响要比我的工作对这个世界的影响大得多。但因为我画得很多，我总是仔细观察别人是怎么画的。我肯定会看着物体和风景想:我怎么能画这个?!”
“I am not sure if it changes the way I view the world. I think that the impact that the world has on my work is way bigger than the other way round. But since I draw a lot I always take a close look at how other people drew something. And I definitely look at object and sceneries and think: how could I draw this?!”

2019年Stefan Mosebach为德国汉堡Code Working Space联合办公空间绘制墙画。空间整体设计简约，主要以黄色为线索串联起整个空间，构筑了一个统一的视觉整体，他的作品成为整个空间中重要的视觉元素，活跃空间氛围的同时，也创建了一个时尚有趣的共享空间。
Stefan Mosebach painted walls for Code Working Space in Hamburg Germany in 2019. The overall design of the space is simple, mainly using yellow as a clue to connect the whole space and build a unified visual whole. His works become an important visual element in the whole space, which not only enlivens the space atmosphere, but also creates a fashionable and interesting shared space.
