譚聖卓，廣東新會人，嶺南畫派第三代傳人；1935年出生，早年在香港萬國藝專攻讀西洋美術，自1953年起加入嶺南藝苑，師承嶺南畫派大師趙少昂老師門下，對於趙少昂，徐悲鴻曾題詩贊譽：“畫派天南有繼人，趙君花鳥實傳神，秋風塞上老騎客，爛漫春光?羨深”；1959年1月10日畢業於嶺南藝苑，由趙少昂老師親授畢業證書;
譚聖卓大師作品不單繼承了嶺南之風，更將之發揚光大。他以專長之西洋畫水彩技巧，融匯於水墨之變化而成為個人的創作特色，所作之山水，多從大自然寫生得來，喜寫漁村生活之水鄉景色，深獲各界好評，並於世界各地展出；
1972年譚聖卓在香港大會堂舉行了第一次個人畫展，由於反應熱烈，其後三十多年間於國內、日本、台灣、東南亞、美國及加拿大等地展出，展出所到之處往往成為賞家珍藏之目標。
譚聖卓一生致力教育工作，致力於培訓藝術人才傳承發展与推動，挑李滿天下; 任教於香港文理書院美術科主任，大一設計學院及香港藝術中心。曾接受報章雜誌訪問，並獲邀於多集文藝電視節目中介紹嶺南畫派及即席揮毫。

Tan Shengzhuo, a native of Xinhui, Guangdong Province, is the third generation successor of the Lingnan School of Painting. Born in 1935, he studied Western art in Hong Kong Wanguo Art College in his early years. Since 1953, he has joined the Lingnan Art Garden and learned from Zhao Shaoang, a master of Lingnan School of Painting. For Zhao Shaoang, Xu Beihong once wrote a poem praising him: "Painting School has a successor in the south of the world. Zhao Jun's flowers and birds are vivid. The old rider on the? He graduated from Lingnan Yiyuan on January 10, 1959, and was personally awarded the diploma by Zhao Shaoang.
Tan Shengzhuo not only inherited the wind of Lingnan, but also carried forward.With the expertise of Western Painting Watercolor, he has become a personal creative characteristics. Exhibit in various places.
In 1972, Tan Shengzhuo held his first solo exhibition at the Hong Kong City Hall. Due to the enthusiastic response, he exhibited in China, Japan, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the United States and Canada for more than 30 years. Wherever he exhibited, he often became the target of collectors.
Tan Shengzhuo has been committed to educational work throughout his life, and is committed to training the development and promotion of art talents. He picks Li Man in the world. He has been interviewed by newspapers and magazines, and was invited to introduce the Lingnan Painting School and improvisation in multiple literary and art TV programs.
