银币，代表了中国近代的货币文化，反映了我国近代历史、经济、金融的兴衰和沧桑。早在明朝中期，西班牙就已在墨西哥制造“本洋”银币(俗称“双柱”)，至清代乾隆、嘉庆年间，中国对外贸易日趋繁荣，从外国流入中国的银币种类也日渐增多。至清朝末年，帝国主义列强掀起了瓜分中国的狂潮。清政府无法抵御外敌侵略，先后与外国列强签订了一系列不平等条约，使中国沦为半封建半殖民地社会。外国列强为了在华争夺利益，几十个国家的银元先后涌入中国，通过不公平贸易，换取我国大量白银。除“双柱”外，还有墨西哥“鹰洋”、英国“站洋”、印度支那“坐洋”、日本“龙洋”和德国威廉一世纪念银币等品种。

Silver coins represent China's modern monetary culture and reflect the ups and downs and vicissitudes of China's modern history, economy and finance.  As early as the middle of the Ming Dynasty, Spain had already made "Ben Yang" silver coins (commonly known as "Shuangzhu") in Mexico. During the years of Ganlong and Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty, China's foreign trade became increasingly prosperous, and the types of silver coins flowing into China from foreign countries also increased.  At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the imperialist powers set off a frenzy to carve up China.  The Qing government was unable to resist foreign aggression and signed a series of unequal treaties with foreign powers, which reduced China to a semi-feudal and semi-colonial society.  In order to compete for interests in China, foreign powers poured silver dollars from dozens of countries into China one after another in exchange for a large amount of silver through unfair trade.  In addition to the "double pillars", there are varieties such as Mexican "Eagle Ocean", British "Standing Ocean", Indian zhina "Seating Ocean", Japanese "Long Yang" and German William I Commemorative Silver Coin.

坐洋 ”的主币“壹圆”的铸造时间从1885年开始，法属印度支那贸易银圆，俗称坐洋，为清末民初在华流通的外国银圆之一。银币正面为自由女神坐像，背面的装饰图案为麦穗，法文有“贸易银元”和“法属印度支那”等。

Since 1885, the casting time of the main coin "one dollar" for "sitting in the ocean" started. The French Indian zhina trade silver dollar, commonly known as "sitting in the ocean", was one of the foreign silver dollars circulating in China in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.  The silver coin has a statue of the Statue of Liberty on the front and wheat ears on the back. In French, there are "trade silver dollar" and "French Indian zhina" etc.
