方媛，艺术家

方媛的绘画实践从脱离高速发展、充满焦虑不安的外界环境开始，探求永恒这一概念。她想要捕捉无尽与尘世间的幻象，让不同层次的空间彼此交融，展现事物之间无形的联系。方媛，1996年生于深圳，是一名生活并工作于纽约的艺术家。她于2019年获纽约视觉艺术学院的视觉与批判研究学士学位，并获得罗德家族最高杰出成就奖和多项奖学金。她的作品曾在中国和美国展出。她目前正于纽约视觉艺术学院攻读并计划于2022年取得纯艺术硕士学位。

FANG YUAN，ARTIST(CHINA)

Starting from putting into practice on getting rid of the speedy developing and anxious external environment, Fang Yuan’s paintings explore the concept of eternity.She wants to capture the fantasy laying between the infinity and mortal world, merge different levels’ spaces into each other and reveal their invisible connections.Fang Yuan  (b. 1996, Shenzhen, China) is a visual artist who lives and works in New York City. She graduated from the Visual and Critical Studies Program at the School of Visual Arts (BFA) with Rhodes Family Award for Outstanding Achievement. Her works have been exhibited in the United States and China. She is currently an MFA candidate at the School of Visual Arts who is expected to graduate in 2022.
