The great photographer August Sander defined photography as “seeing, observing, thinking”, and the same could be said about painting. Painting, photographing are ways of thinking, ways of meeting oneself and the world.

著名摄影师August Sander将摄影定义为“遇见、观察、思考”，我想绘画也是一样。无论绘画还是摄影，都是我们思考问题、认识自我、了解世界的方式。

Every work of art is an object which sends us at the same time to the external reality, the subject and their internal reality and the process of making that object or device.

每件艺术作品都能让我们同时感受到与之相关的外在现实、主观色彩、内在事实以及创作过程。

Espe Pons’s photography and Jordi Jové’s painting combine in perfect pairing: colors, shades, gestures, landscapes, forests, windows, silence, absence.

Espe Pons的摄影作品以及Jordi Jové的绘画作品完美地将色彩、形状、姿态、风景、森林、窗口、宁静、虚无结合在了一起。

They are places scrawled with hundreds of references, to which we constantly come back to grow, between reality and fiction, into meaningful beings. Our soul-tale insists time and again, even at risk of collapsing, on the search for those truths-emotions which guide us. Some other times, with our desire for reads and images burning, we travel around long-imagined spaces, such as that yellow wood which saw the light of day not long ago in Arles, in the south of France.

这些作品滋生于无数灵感和启发，使我们在现实与虚幻中重获新生、寻求生命的意义。即便在追寻心之所向的真理与情感时支离破碎，我们的灵魂也永不停歇。秉承着对文字与图像不散的热忱，我们穿行超越想象的空间，正如那金黄的树林，遇见法国南部阿尔勒的日光。
