在纷繁多样的便当之中,风靡全球的胜博殿日式传统炸猪排定食便当必须拥有一席之地。


Among the numerous and varied bento, the Japanese traditional fried pork of Saboten, which is well known worldwide, must be mentioned.



胜博殿所用的猪肉来自三种猪交配而得的三元猪,其肉质柔软,肉汁丰富。油炸时裹上特制的新鲜面包粉,面衣不吸油脂;炸至8分熟时从炸锅中取出,用余热使其自然而然地变为全熟。


The pork used in Saboten comes from the ternary pigs, which are bred from three kinds of pigs, is soft and juicy. Breaded with freshly made bread crumbs that do not absorb too much oil, the pork is medium-well when removed from the fryer, and cooked until well-done in its own heat.


如此炸制而成的猪排便拥有了酥脆的表皮和柔软多汁的内里,富有层次的口感,为食客带来齿颊留香的满足。
