| 导读：本次展览“What a Wonderful World”邀请了四位有德国留学背景的优秀年轻中国艺术家。他们的作品展示了装置性与跨学科的观念，同时也表达了对中西方不同文化的理解。柏林画廊周期间，柏林鲲鲤画廊将推出第二个展览“上海遇见芝加哥---薇薇安·迈尔和陆元敏”。
连芷平（曾在杭州和柏林学习）在她的“搁浅之地”系列中通过梦境图片表达了其女性视角的恐惧与幻想。在她的装置作品“档案1983”中，呈现了漠视人性尊严的历史事实，提出对暴力的反思。艺术家现生活和工作在厦门、台湾和柏林。Artist Lian Zhiping (educated in Hangzhouand Berlin) is concerned with moments of loss andtransition. In herseries “Aground” she reveals dreams, anxieties and fantasies from a femaleperspective and in“Archive from 1983” she deals with political punishment.She lives and works inTaiwan, Berlin and Xiamen. 单飞鸣（*1978，曾在北京和布伦瑞克学习）的作品呈现了自然界的规律以及重复的主体。他的两个系列“橡胶树”和“惊蛰”同时都强调了拍摄主体绘画般的品质。艺术家现工作和生活于杭州。Shan Feiming (*1978, educated inBeijing and Brunswick) uses schemes of repetition andregularity in nature.Both his series “Rubber Tree” and "Waking from Hibernation" emphasizethepictorial quality ofthese objects.The artist lives andworks in Hangzhou. 唐晶（*1981，曾在湖北和卡塞尔学习）的“美丽新世界”系列拍摄了中国那些仿制的欧洲名胜建筑，如埃菲尔铁塔和伦敦塔桥，并将其置入新的语境。唐晶现生活和工作于北京和柏林。The series “No WhereThere” by Tang Jing (*1981, educated in Hubeiand Kassel) documents areasin China (like Hangzhouor Suzhou) where iconic European monuments such as the Eiffel Tower orthe London Tower Bridgeare replicated and placed into a new context.The artist lives andworks in Berlin. 本次展览另一件女性视角的作品来自艺术家英吉（*1989，曾学习于北京和慕尼黑）。在她的“春的临终”系列中她用纯黑白影像给观众带来本质的感受，作品使人联想起电影和梦境中的场景。艺术家现生活和工作于慕尼黑和上海。The second femaleperspective in this exhibition is offered by Yingji (*1989, educated inBeijing and Munich). The stark black and white series “End of Spring” (re-)connects the viewer with her essential emotions. The photographs arereminiscent of a movie or dream sequences. The artist divides her time betweenMunich and Shanghai.
