这枚钱币精品“河北省造宣统元宝”，藏品直径：4.5cm。此枚钱币虽然经历了岁月的洗礼和历史的沉淀，但如今依然保存较为完好；它在灯光下散发出一种淡淡的金光，仿佛带着一股王者的贵气。藏品正面铸有铭文，顶部铸楷体“河北省造”四字，底部铸货币价值：“库平一两”，中心直读“宣统元宝”四字，币中心为满文“宣统元宝”，外圈两侧各有一朵四角花纹装饰。

背景为光绪三十三年(1907年)广东省银元局试铸清政府制定“银币分量成色章程”法定银元为库平壹两后，铸行“库平壹两”。各省份的库平一两币不为市人接受，随即停铸。直至宣统二年又颁“币制则例”，规定以“元”为单位，重七钱二分，不标重量。今实物所见，重量不尽一致。

Background: After the Qing government formulated the statute of "silver coin component and fineness" in Guangxu 33 years (1907), the Guangdong Provincial Silver Yuan Bureau tried to cast "Kuping one and two" in the bank. The Kuping one or two currencies in each province were not accepted by the city people, and then ceased to be minted.
