王天羲，艺术家

王天羲的作品聚焦于日常环境中富含隐喻的景观，或是探索边缘世界的生活方式。这组半虚构的作品展现了一条“被驯服的河流”和生活在河边的不同人群：捕鱼者、放生者、游泳者和鱼贩。人、河与不断被捕捉再放生的鱼，构成了一个基本无害的轮回系统。这些影像是对整个系统的抽象与翻模。王天羲是一名以摄影为主要媒介的艺术工作者。在过去的数年中，他工作、学习和生活于中国和美国，曾就读于罗切斯特理工学院摄影系。其作品曾获Voies off、PDN EDU等奖项，作品散见于Fotoroom , Paper Journal 等国际摄影杂志，亦可见于《数码摄影》、《摄影之友》等国内摄影杂志。他的作品曾在中国、英国、美国和法国等国的个人展览和群展上展出。

Tianxi is interested in imagery and metaphors found in ordinary space. Or discover the lifestyle in the marginal world. The semi-fictional work presents a ‘tamed river’, and people live around the river: fisher, Buddhists who buy and free captive fish, swimmer, and fishmongers. People, River, and fish became a system, a mostly harmless circulation.Wang Tianxi is an artist who uses photography as his main medium. In the past few years, he has worked, studied, and lived in China and the United States, and studied in the photography department of Rochester Institute of Technology. His works have won awards such as Voies off, PDN EDU, etc., and are scattered in Fotoroom, Paper Journal and other international photography magazines, as well as in domestic photography magazines such as "Digital Photography" and "Friends of Photography". His works have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in China, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and other countries.
