七、投稿须知 Notice to contributors

1. 投稿对象：世界各地艺术家、艺术爱好者均可报名参与本次线上展。

Contributors: artists and art lovers from all over the world can sign up to participate in this online exhibition.  

2. 投稿类型及数量：油画、丙烯、水彩、新水墨、综合材料、雕塑等均可，每位艺术家限投3幅作品，最终确定2幅展出。

Type and quantity of contributions: oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, new ink and wash, comprehensive materials, sculpture, etc. each artist is limited to 3 pieces of works, and 2 pieces are finally selected for exhibition.

3. 投稿时间：12月5日至12月25日

5. 投稿资料：本人作品照片3幅（图片大小不能低于2M），作品照片须有文字标注：作者姓名、作品标题、尺寸、材料、创作年代（如愿意出售请标注底价）；个人近期工作或生活照1张（图片大小不能低于2M）；个人艺术简历（包含姓名、性别、所在地、微信号、手机号，以及重要履历）。

Submission materials: 3 photos of the work (the size of the picture should not be less than 2M), and the photos of the works must be marked with words: name of the author, title of the work, size, material, creation time (if you are willing to sell, please mark the base price); 1 recent work or life photo of the individual (the size of the picture should not be less than 2M); personal art resume (including name, gender, location, micro signal, hand) Machine number and important resume).

6. 投稿要求：投稿者提供的资料必须保证真实性，作品必须为原创；主办方有权对最终入选的艺术家个人简历进行修改调整至100字之内。

Submission requirements: the materials provided by the contributors must be authentic, and the works must be original; the organizer has the right to modify and adjust the resume of the selected artists to within 100 words.

八、展览详情 Exhibition details

1. 开展时间：2021年1月1日

Development time: January 5, 2021

2. 展出平台：微信公众号、雅昌艺术头条、今日头条、百家号、企鹅号等。

exhibition platform: WeChat public official account, Ya Chang art headlines, today's headlines, 100 family numbers, penguin and so on.

3. 展出费用：入选艺术家须缴费150元/人，用于参展证书、画册制作，以及相关工作人员费用支出；幻树艺术空间微信公众号7-11月份艺术家宣传链接（发布3日内）阅读量超900次者可免费参与。

Exhibition fee: the artist selected should pay 150 yuan / person, for the exhibition certificate, the production of picture album, and the expenses of the related staff. The official account of the WeChat art public space in the 7-11 months of the artist's publicity link (3 days after publication) is free of participation.

4. 参展回馈：展览结束向每位参展者寄送本次作品展精美画册一本，及参展证书一份；提供至少2家第三方艺术机构推广销售。邮寄只限中国境内，港澳台地区邮费另算，其他地区包邮。

Feedback: at the end of the exhibition, we will send each exhibitor an exquisite picture album and an exhibition certificate, and provide at least two third-party art institutions for promotion and sales. Mail is limited to China, with Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan being charged separately. Other areas are free to post.

投稿者须保证版权为投稿者所有，主办方享有所有参展作品的发行出版销售等权利；因投稿资料及作品引发的一切法律后果由投稿人独自承担。

Contributors shall guarantee that the copyright is owned by the contributors, and the organizer shall have the right to distribute, publish and sell all the works in the exhibition.All legal consequences caused by submitted materials and works shall be solely borne by the contributor.

十一、本次活动解释权归主办方所有。

The organizer reserves the right to interpret this activity.

十二、欢迎艺术机构、藏家、媒体长期合作。

We welcome long-term cooperation between art institutions, collectors and media.
