玩意

  一些抓不住,辨不明的东西常常会与自己遭遇,就像稍纵即逝或残存脑海的梦。被解释的梦令人将信将疑,即使是伟大的心理学家也无法复原梦境与个人经验的纯粹合理性。研究者建构或解构了关于梦的理性或感性认知,大多数人更自由地依靠感觉去理解或阐释梦的大意。

  “Sense”意为“感觉”、“知觉”、“意识”等,“意”与“Sense”之间有某种程度的思维互译。在感觉中找“意”也只是玩味大意,那些不着边际却令人恍惚的存在永远相伴在知觉路上,我们无法确定它占据何处,也无法存有刻意保留它的企图--顶多只是意思到些许可能,并且一定有耿耿于怀的愿景--摈弃一些原本有的厌恶,圆满不切实际的痴想。

  凭知觉我们部分地了解别人或自己,同样,凭知觉我们也只能部分地相信画里有某种被了解的别人或自己。对“意”(Sense)而言,画像多余的素材。但通过这些多余,“水”与“性”在知觉中漫渍开来;繁花侵挠朗月,风儿随帷幔坠落了感伤;旧风景投射着光和影怨了多情人;在失语中感觉到喧嚣与哗然……

  因“Sense”而生发的意,在画里可以实写也可能虚构,但若要有可供玩味的意,其“意”必源于真意。

  Play Sense

  There has always been something undistinguishable and uncatchable appear like fleeting or remained dreams. The dream-interpretation is never persuasive enough, even the great psychologists can hardly restore dreams, nor prove the pure nationality of personal experience. The professionals usually construct or deconstruct the rational or irrational perceptions, while the majority of normal people just understand dreams by free association.

  "Sense" means perception, feeling, or consciousness, which on some level, could interpret the ideas of Chinese "Yi". By understand "Sense" as perception or feeling, we can only get its general idea. However, the discursive and trance beings may always exist with consciousness, we can neither confirm where they are, nor purposefully preserve it. At the most, we could only be aware of the possibilities to preserve, and then, with some unforgettable aspiration, we get rid of original rejection to realize our unrealistic dreams.

  With consciousness, we partially understand others as well as ourselves, and partially believe the personalities of others or ourselves might be acknowledged through painting. Painting seems unnecessary for "Sense". However, with these unnecessary things, "water" and "sex" permeate in consciousness: luxuriant followers disturb luminous moon, wind blows down nostalgia along valance; light and shadow in old scenes arises bitterness of the sentimental ones; feel the noise and uproar in silence…

  The "Yi" originated from "sense" couldbe either actual or non-actual in painting, but the "Yi" available for "play" have to originate from real sense.
