作品故事：

序言

食物是与人类关系最为亲密的材料。坚果不仅是人类所需的多种营养的重要来源，也是人们度过休闲时间的完美伴侣。本作品通过图形和文字的设计将有关坚果的营养成分构成的信息进行可视化，并对坚果与人体的联系进行研究探讨，包括坚果对人体的功能性作用，坚果食用及贮存等方面。作品通过信息可视化设计展开在食物领域的叙事研究与多重感官体验，启发食用者对坚果的再思考，让坚果成为一个传递情感的媒介，成为一种新的生活宣言。

Food is the closest material to human relationships. Nuts are not only an important source of many nutrients that humans need, but also the perfect companion for people to spend their leisure time. This work visualizes information about nutrient composition of nuts through the design of graphics and texts, and conducts research on the connection between nuts and humans, including the functional effects of nuts on the human body, and the consumption and storage of nuts. Through the visual design of information, the work carries out narrative research and multiple sensory experiences in the field of food, inspiring consumers to rethink nuts, making nuts as a medium for transmitting emotions and becoming a new declaration of life.
