釉面往往有大小不一的棕眼、褐斑点和蓝斑点。放大镜下棕眼口小里大,棕眼口的四周分布有疏松的褐色颗粒杂质。其形成机理,“钧缘阁”在《钧瓷新探》中认为是“胎内气泡携带胎表‘护胎釉’杂质溢出过程中,不断合并成较大的气泡,到达釉面后,因气泡内含有杂质使表面张力减小,在气泡内压力大于烧成环境压力的情况下破裂,并将杂质颗粒带到破口四周。绝大多数的破泡在窑温高的环境中被熔融的釉料填充,形成釉面呈现褐色杂质颜色的浅褐色凹陷点;极少数在停烧后产生的破泡,由于窑温降低,周围冷却的釉料不能及时补充,形成如前所述的‘棕房’; 釉表没有破裂的含‘护胎釉’杂质的气泡,使釉色呈现浅褐色圆点。”本人基本认同“钧缘阁”对褐斑点和棕眼的解释。要补充的是只含钧釉的破泡在窑温高的环境中被熔融的较轻釉料填充,形成釉面呈现天蓝色的凹陷点;釉内没有破裂只含钧釉杂质的气泡,使釉色呈现天蓝色圆点。这里要跟大家说的是“棕眼口小里大,棕眼口的四周分布有疏松的褐色颗粒杂质”这个特点是目前现代工艺仿不出来的。
Glaze often has different sizes of brown eyes, brown spots and blue spots. Under the magnifying glass, the brown eyes are small and big, and brown brown grains are scattered around the brown eyes. The formation mechanism of the glaze is that during the process of the impurity overflowing from the `tire-protecting glaze'carried by the bubbles in the fetus, the bubbles merge into larger bubbles. Bring impurity particles to the periphery of the breach. Most of the broken bubbles are filled with melted glaze in the high temperature environment of the kiln, forming a light brown depression with brown impurity color on the glaze surface; a few of the broken bubbles are produced after stopping firing, and the cooled glaze around the kiln can not be replenished in time due to the lower temperature, forming a brown room as mentioned before; the glaze surface does not break and contains `brown room'. The bubbles of impurities in the protective glaze give the glaze a light brown dot. I basically agree with the explanation of brown spot and brown eye by Jun yuan Ge. It is necessary to add that the broken bubble containing only scandium glaze is filled with the lighter melted glaze in the high temperature environment of the kiln, forming a blue-sky depression on the surface of the glaze; there is no crack in the glaze but bubbles containing only scandium impurities, making the glaze appear sky-blue dots. Here we want to tell you that "brown eye mouth small inside big, brown eye around the distribution of loose Brown particles impurities" this feature is not modern technology can imitate.
