为了对抗全世界越来越严重的废气排放对大气层所造成的危害，特别是城市空气污染，我们代表全世界的艺术家向您提出以下建议：
　　在每一个城市的所有大楼顶层，只要可以种植物，全部种上植物，政府应批准并创造条件，鼓励，津贴，允许加盖适当的建筑并允许盈利来资助屋顶绿化事业。
　　您的大力支持将使我们的最大荣幸和安慰。期待您的回复！

To fight against the damage to the atmospheric layer caused by increasing global carbon emission pollution ，specially the city air pollution, we, represent the world wide artists suggest the following:
　　We shall plan vegetation on all roofs top that is suitable for planning,   Government shall plan, encourage and subsidize this green project, allowing addition build up and make profit from in order to develop and maintain the roof top green project.
