柏庶人 ，字梅生，号关东布衣居士，中国画家、书法家、教授。现任大连青云林海美术馆馆长、一级美术师。关东书画院院长、研学会会长。中国徐悲鸿艺术节组委会秘书长、中国徐悲鸿书画艺术网常务副站长。吉林省26所院校艺术类客座教授、新加坡首府艺术院客座教授、台湾高雄文博学府高级顾问、台湾艺文中心特邀书画家、丹麦皇家博物馆中国书画艺术顾问。
