聚宝盆是中国古代民间传说故事中的一个宝物。传说明初沈万三致富原因是由于拥有聚宝盆。这个典故来自于周人龙的《挑灯集异》:“明初沈万三微时,见渔翁持青蛙百余,将事锉剞,以镪买之,纵于池中。嗣后喧鸣达旦,贴耳不能寐,晨往驱之,见蛙俱环踞一瓦盆,异之,将归以为浣手器。万三妻偶遗一银钗于盆中,银钗盈满,不可数计,以钱银试之亦如是,由是财雄天下。
聚宝盆是财神宝物,可招财,聚财,因此也派生出一系列与之有关的吉瑞文化极品。可放在房子中的财位上或者放在神案及明亮之处,盆内放上现代钱币或金条或金砖(黄铜的即可),有极强的催财旺财作用。或置于家宅中不仅可招财守财,还可镇宅趋邪化煞,保平安。 自明代中后期至清代末期,中国文化社会进入到一个空前繁荣的工艺品创作时代。宫廷崇尚赏玩工艺品,民间各地最优秀的工匠纷纷被招入宫廷内府造办处各作坊,从事工艺品创作,使得明清工艺品创作达到有史以来的鼎盛期。
大清乾隆年制款“聚宝盆”,此乃乾隆年间宫廷御制银聚宝盆,集包银、堆银、镀银、雕银等多种工艺于一体。宫廷御工包、镀银之工艺鬼斧神工,衔接之处天衣无缝。环形内上方银刻回形纹,内有大元宝,四周刻“招财进宝”,盆周有吉祥图纹盘横,盆底有官印为“大清乾隆年制”小篆体,五爪金龙纹包裹。器型端庄大方,形制规范,底款乾隆时期图章篆书“大清乾隆年制”,为官窑宫廷御用品。 聚宝盆外壁立体浮雕,镀银雕刻了回形纹、如意纹、十二生肖纹,十二生肖于盆体之底,惟妙惟肖,不可言状。脉络清晰宝盆内银光闪闪,光滑如水,无暇无疵。聚宝盆壁向外呈圆弧形。盆内光滑如镜,银光熠熠;聚宝盆作工精巧,摆在室内,满室生辉,说不尽的皇家气势。
