陈半丁（1876－1970年），原名陈年，浙江山阴（今绍兴）人，画家。有《陈半丁画册》传世。陈半丁先生是京津画派的典型代表人物。陈半丁成名较早，上个世纪初就驰名北方画坛。他擅长山水、花卉，尤以花鸟画造诣最高。他早年结识任伯年、吴昌硕，后来向吴昌硕学习书画篆刻，并得到了吴昌硕的亲传。到他四十岁时，作品已经颇得自己的特色。他的作品融明、清各家花卉技法之长，以洗练、概括的笔墨和古朴沉着的色彩来表现花卉鸟兽。他用笔苍劲，力量感强烈，构图稳中出险，善于将诗书画印有机地统一在画幅之中。他偶尔也创作山水人物，人物线条简练，多以情趣成画。
