备受关注的“中国历代青铜精品”现场气氛依旧热烈，竞价火爆。众所周知布洛克每次拍卖的“青铜器”板块，备受瞩目，拍品档次上乘，吸引着国内外诸多收藏家们的注意并屡创佳绩。其中“青铜史颂簋”此次秋拍也不例外。

青铜史颂四足簋

   此青铜簋形制独特为弇口宽体大耳虎足式，，器底有高圈足外撇，下复承三方柱足。盖缘及器颈装饰兽体卷曲纹，此纹饰个体为弯曲的线条，盖体和器腹装饰横条纹，子母口盖口，带盖，盖器吻合，浑然一体。器身园腹外鼓，整体造型大方，打磨工整，处处展现大器特质，以精钢制成，质感浑厚，独具魅力。初见于西周中期，盛行于西周中晚期。
几乎每一件青铜器背后都有一个传奇故事，以毛公鼎、大克鼎、大盂鼎为例。毛公鼎为西周晚期青铜器，因作器者毛公而得名。口饰重环纹一道，敞口，双立耳，三蹄足。毛公鼎铭文长度接近五百字，在目前所见青铜器铭文中为最长。

It is made of refined steel, with thick texture and unique charm. It was first seen in the middle of the Western Zhou Dynasty and prevailed in the middle and late Western Zhou Dynasty.
    There is a legend behind almost every piece of bronze ware. Take MaoGong Ding, Dake Ding and Dayu Ding for example. MaoGong Ding is a bronze ware of the late Western Zhou Dynasty. It was named after MaoGong who made it. The mouth is decorated with a heavy ring pattern, open mouth, double ears and three feet. The inscription of maogongding is close to 500 characters long, which is the longest among the bronze inscriptions.

    目前所知器盖齐备的史颂簋，除苏富比一件尚待考查外，共有三件，即上海博物馆、日本书道博物馆和原出光美术馆各 件。原出光美术馆这件保存状况甚好，弥足珍贵。此次上拍的即为原出光美术馆所藏者，其保存状况甚好，器、盖配套完整，可见弥足珍贵。
