在后疫情时代的今天，全球化面临着挑战，地缘政治、局部战争、民粹主义、AI人工智能把文化艺术带入一种相对割裂的语境，这使我们不得不重新审视今天的艺术究竟面临什么样的问题。基于此，我们把“异源图层”这个计算机图像处理的概念引用作为本次展览的主题，“异源图层”注重艺术家个体的创作路径和图像的差异，同时也试图拨开今天的时代的迷雾以艺术的方式留下“物证”。新世纪，从全球化到后疫情时代特征的转变，这种非线性的历史发展线索说明了历史具有某种的偶发性，新科技、新技术、虚拟消费、全球生态、星际知识的深入研究提示着人类面临着巨大的危机，这种复杂性、多样性、矛盾性构成了这个时代的特殊机理。在“异源图层”的展览主题下我们把展览分为四个单元：隐秘的线索、身体之界、记忆基因、重组再塑造。隐秘的线索选择四位艺术家：刘娇、龙炎、睎月、赵敏，这四位艺术家在抽象、表现、构成语言之间的切换，体现艺术家在美学本体上的探索，同时选取创作的物像也是具有象征而隐秘的暗喻。身体之界邓上东、李艾筱、李锐三位艺术家，他们是以身体行动为主要媒介的行为艺术家，探讨身体的边界，用行动或身体图像作为载体说明身体的社会学意义。记忆基因选择耍惹石主、梁爽、王一山、吴奇睿、张爱林、张少博六位艺术家，把基因作为一种生命记忆的属性，影射艺术家的身份归属感，同时根据每个艺术家成长的环境与背景的不同，感知艺术家绘画创作路径的动力源，基于现实或者想象对记忆的基因进行重组。重组再塑选择马艺芠、黄丽淼、南希三位艺术家，三位综合装置创作的艺术家，以重组再塑的方式重新解读装置语言，在空间的分割与布局上艺术家将建构自己的“源气场”。“异源图层”是选取了80、90两个年龄层，分四个单元展出的当代艺术展，以不同生活背景的艺术家为研究对象，有归国留学生、都市青年、乡村成长等不同的背景的艺术家，每个艺术家的生命经验的异源属性，衍生到创作上的不同“图层”样式，我们试图在美学样式“图层”的差异化中窥见一个时代艺术创作在的社会学上的复杂切片，同时本次展览也延续了蓝顶美术馆“阡陌图景”系列展“时代图景”的概念，在更具社会性的图像景观意义上进行探讨。Heterogeneous Layers—Evidence for Individual ArtsIn this post-pandemic era, global challenges, such as geopolitical, war, racism and AI, have brought art and culture into a state of division. Thus, we are obliged to take another look at the issues modern arts are facing. Based on this assumption, we borrow the idea of “heterogeneous layer” from computer science and use it as the theme for this exhibition. This idea focuses on the variation of individual artist routines and images, in an attempt to leave evidence for this modern puzzle.In this new century from globalization to the post-pandemic era, such nonlinear development accounts for accidentality in history. New technologies such as virtual consumption, global ecology and interstellar system pose great complexities, varieties and contradictions for this era. In this exhibition, we have four units—hidden clue, body boundary, memory gene and reconstruction. In the unit of hidden clue, Liu Jiao, Long Yan, Xi Yue and Zhao Min are selected for their accomplishments in shifts between abstraction, representation and expression. It demonstrates the exploration in aesthetics, with symbolic and mysterious metaphors. In the unit of body boundary, Deng Shangdong, Li Aixiao and Li Rui’s action and body images are chosen to express the sociological significance of body. in the unit of memory gene, Shuare Shizhu, Liang Shuang, Wang Yishan, Wu Qirui, Zhang Ailin and Zhang Shaobo are selected, to demonstrate the memory of genes to reflect the identities of artists. At the same time, genes are reconstructed based on reality and imagination, based on the different background of each artist. In the fourth unit, Ma Yiwen, Huang Limiao and Nan Xi are selected with their installation arts, to construct their original fields in spatial separation and layouts.Heterogeneous Layers include artists born in 1980s and 1990s, with four units of unique themes. Artists are from different backgrounds, such as overseas education, urban living and rural living. These differences are reflected onto layer patterns. We attempt to observe the complexity in sociological dimensions.
