2022年2月14日至3月15日，观SobAr呈现艺术家初劭玮、周杨、段文亮三人在西安的首次联合展“正在发生的艺术/The Art That Is Happening”。

本次展览于2022年在观sobAr首展，其中部分新作构成了此次展览的主体，展览聚焦于周杨、初劭玮2022年创作的新系列作品，以及段文亮部分首次展出的个人实验电影作品。此次巡展亦是首次三位艺术家合作的展。

作为西安青年艺术家主要输出项目的发起者，段文亮于2019年便开始挑选与合作西安青年艺术家，凭借其对市场发展的敏感与洞察，持续为国内外画廊持续输送优秀艺术家。此次“正在发生的艺术/The Art That Is Happening”艺术展是2022年首次开启的艺术家推荐计划，而策展人段文亮也是继2018年后，首次以艺术家身份参加艺术活动。
