#AmericanFoodieTour – the Southwest

This week we are exploring the cuisine of the American Southwest. The Southwest includes Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona. Cuisine of the Southwest United States is often a fusion of Mediterranean, Native American, and Mexican recipes and is known for its use of spices. The Southwest is also home to many great tourist destinations, including natural wonders at the Grand Canyon and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks, educational experiences like the Houston Space Center, historical monuments like the Alamo, and the iconic Route 66. We look forward to seeing photos of your favorite Southwestern dish.
