在以 "处处都是外人 "为主题的第60届威尼斯双年展期间，平行项目 "5:50 坚固、实用、美观—— 一个新范式"，艺术家邱涛与公众分享了这个 "问物 "艺术项目的创作理念和实施方法。该系列作品于特定时间在意大利威尼斯圣马可广场进行创作，最后分散隐藏在威尼斯区域范围内某处。胶囊器内装有该艺术项目进行过程中不同时间、不同地点出生的人在同一个时间段、同一个地点留下的群体记忆，包含创作者作品、参与者介入作品以及与参与者共同签署的声明等。作品以重复多次的“问物”来诠释行为之间、视觉之间的维度关系，重点关注群体性记忆的生成、保存与再现。通过“在地性”群体记忆在“未来考古现场”被发现的方式，探讨人与艺术作品之间的时空关系。

关于知识产权的声明：完整专案作品著作权及衍生权利均归创作者邱涛及所属工作室所有。参与者行为介入的作品署名权归双方共有。双方共同确认：作品被隐藏后，发现者可通过资讯网路传播的形式（或未来替代网路的连接方式）发布作品的相关资讯（包括但不限于：作品的名称、创作者、照片、发现作品的时间、地点等）。发现者完成发布即拥有作品的所有权。有关本声明产生的一切争议，均应适用各国法律。

During the 60th Venice Biennale with the theme  " Foreigners Everywhere " ,the parallel project " 5:50 Firmitas Utilitas Venustas. A new paradigm ", artist Tao Qiu  to share with the public the creative concept and implementation method of this   " Tracing The Objects "  art project.  The series was created at a specific time in St.Mark's Square, Venice, Italy, and dispersed and hidden somewhere within the Venice area.The encapsulators contain group memories left by people born at different times and in different places at the same time and in the same place during the course of the artistic project. including the work of the creators, the interventions of the participants and the statements signed with them. The work interprets the dimensional relationship between behaviors and visuals through the repetition of "Tracing The Object", focusing on the generation, preservation and reproduction of group memories. Through the discovery of "Site-specific" group memories in the "future archaeological site", the work explores the temporal and spatial relationship between people and artworks.

Statement on Intellectual Property:The copyright and derivative rights of theentire work shall be vested in Tao Qiu and his studio. Both parties shall sharethe authorship for the work intervened by the participant behaviors of theparticipants. Both parties confirm that the discoverer after the work is hidden may release relevant information about the work (including but notlimited to the name, creator, photo of the work as well as the time and placewhen and so on) by means of information network communication (or theconnection way of future substitute network). The discoverer has ownership of the work as soon as it is released.All disputes arising from this declarationshall be governed by the law of each country.
