ORD Fine Wines welcomes the new year by hosting a wine tasting party. 7 selected wines have been prepared for participants to pair with pizza, cheese and other snacks. Discover Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and more variety of grapes around the world. Other prestigious wines will also be available for you to taste. We have very limited seats only. Please reserve your seat at your earliest convenience! The reservation will be on a first come first served basis.

Louis Barthelemy is a premium winery located in Champagne regions of France with nearly a century in history. Extremely elegant in style, the winery names all its products after gemstones. Inside this Rose Rubis, one can feel the black currents, cherries, more fruity notes as well as touches of nuts and toasts. Be enchanted with this elegant and unique champagne that is like no other.

2009 奥玛姆庄园 长相思赛美蓉干白葡萄酒

Umamu, Margaret River Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2009

奥玛姆酒庄曾被澳洲最知名酒评家 James Halliday评为五星庄园，并两度在醇鉴葡萄酒国际大奖赛中获得金牌。酒庄的这款长相思赛美蓉混酿曾被评为澳洲百大轻盈白葡萄酒，优雅的柑橘、草本气息中蕴含坚果香气，兼具清爽与复杂度，是一款性价比极高的佳酿。

Umamu winery was ranked as a 5 Star producer by famous wine critic James Halliday. It has also received 2 gold medals at Decanter World Wine Awards. This mixed Sauvignon was also listed in The Top 100 Wines of Lighter Bodied Dry White Wine Category. Elegant citrus, fresh tones with nuts make this wine refreshing and complex. It’s an extremely high quality wine.

INKA, Chardonnay Chile 2015

有“葡萄酒之星”美誉的智利一直以生产日常餐酒而出名，近年来随着投资的强力注入，惊喜也不断涌现，酿造的酒款愈加令人印象深刻。印加帝国来自智利最知名的中央山谷产区，得天独厚的自然条件赋予这款霞多丽顺滑圆润的口感以及成熟的热带水果香气，是一款十分宜人的干白。

Also known as the “Star of Wines”, Chile is well recognized for its outstanding day wines. In recent years, with abundant investment, Chile continues to surprise us with impressive creations. INKA is from Chile’s most famous Central Valley. The unique geographic conditions gives the chardonnay its smooth taste with matured tropical fruity aroma. It’s a highly enjoyable wine.

Screaming Eagle is one of the most recognizable wineries in America. Its wines are not only listed as the top wines in the world, the waiting list for the rare wines are long as well. As its Sister Winery, Jonata is also committed to the same stringent standards in its wine collections. Jonata’s signature wine - Cabernet Franc El Alma de Jonata is rich and sublime with lavender, cocoa, black olive and touch of graphite as well as blueberries, black currants, and fruity flavors make it all the more irresistible. It is listed as one of the top 10 cabernet in the world by WS. We will have a chance to taste this luxurious wine at the party!

2015 沛高庄园 赛提尔干红

Chateau Pegau, Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Setier 2015

来自法国罗纳河谷的大名庄，拥有极其悠久的历史和传统的酿造工艺。其出产的高端酒款跻身罗纳河谷最昂贵葡萄酒之列。这款葡萄酒是酒庄口碑极高的村级酒。覆盆子、李子等黑色水果中伴随着甘草汁、薄荷、黑胡椒的口感，如同各种水果（覆盆子，甘草汁，黑樱桃）萦绕在口，咀嚼感极强。

Made from the prestigious Chateau Pegau in Rhone valley, a place known for its long history and tradition in fine wines, this is one of the most expensive wines from this region. It is one of the finest wine in the chateau. Raspberry, plums and other dark fruits are blended with licorice, black pepper to bring out a full fruity taste (raspberry, licorice, black cherries).

Originated from Saint Emilion, the most well known area in Bordeaux, it is made in 100% merlot that features a rich fruity flavor of black current, cherrie, and more. Smooth in taste, Le Viccomte Reserve is an excellent day wine.
