玉衡艺术中心及其工作团队将于2017年5月正式入驻莫干山路87号新空间。画廊历经9年的发展不断推陈出新，选择迁址新空间标志着玉衡艺术中心步入一个新的阶段，我们希望以更完善的空间服务于观展，以更坚定的态势持续致力于中国当代艺术。

Alioth Art Center and its working team will be relocated to the new space at No. 87 Moganshan Road in May 2017. After nine years of development and innovation, the relocation marks Alioth Art Center into a new stage. We will optimize our new space to provide better services and visiting experiences to our audience, and continuously devotes to promoting Chinese contemporary art.

新空间开幕展将于五月中旬隆重揭幕，更多详细资料将会陆续公布。

玉衡艺术中心作为此次艺术北京参展画廊之一，于博览会期间将携代理艺术家的精彩力作参展，并策划推出张小夏个人项目《辿古随今》，欢迎莅临。

As one of the participating galleries of Art Beijing 2017, Alioth Art Center will present some excellent artworks of its represented artists and launch “A Contemporary Approach to the Tradition – Xiaoxia’s Solo Show” during the exhibition.

成立于2008年，上海玉衡艺术中心多年来专注于对中国当代艺术发展脉络的探索和梳理，提倡以“文人精神”作为学术定位及核心价值。

玉衡多年来力求去理解中国文化中的“平远、高远、深远”之境，并在“三远”的文化空间里，去塑造现代意识下的人文境地，去发现东方美学里的当代含义，让“文人精神”去探究当代人的精神思考。我们定期举办主题、学术展览，通过论坛、讲座、沙龙等形式，构建具有广泛影响力的专业艺术平台。通过对近现代艺术发展历程的研究梳理，致力于树立并深化玉衡代理艺术家的学术背景，使其得到充分的推介。

Founded in 2008, Alioth Art Center is dedicated to exploring the influence of classical Chinese aesthetics on Chinese contemporary art, and has been promoting and collecting high quality artworks following the “China’s literati spirit” over the years.

Comprehensively demonstrating an understanding of Chinese culture, Alioth Art Center makes efforts to shape the humanity condition within modern consciousness, discover the modern meaning underlie eastern aesthetics, as well as explore modern people’s spiritual thought by the light of “China’s literati spirit”. Regularly organizing art exhibitions, forums and conferences, Alioth Art Center devotes to building a professional art platform gathering artists, art critics, curators and researchers with a wide influence.
