高速路是一个与传统相反的指向，它是当代都市发展的标志。都市化进程引发社会的变化，旧有空间被重新分割，历史发展的生态环境被改变，大片的农田、房屋被推掉，高架桥四通八达，飞速发展的都市化进程是历史的必然，还是社会进程中的一次偶然……

　　出身水墨的左正尧巧妙地将水墨方式转化为布面表达，他笔下的女性更多的是一种符号，同时出现在一系列的作品中，躺在同样符号化的关于自然的一系列概念上，从中传达出一种微妙的、不同于传统意义的现代感受。

　　Started from wash painting, Zuo Zhengyao skillfully turned it into canvas expression. Females under his pen are more likely a kind of symbol. They appeared in a series of works at the same time, lying on the same symbolized concepts about nature, yet conveyed a modern feeling which is subtle and different from traditional meaning.
