2015年创刊的《侨福辞典》例数了以侨福芳草地为基础的方方面面，工艺精致、内容真诚。2017年我们与光明日报出版社合作，更名为《侨福读库》，由年刊改为半年刊，并在主题、内容、设计上全面改版，以“艺术”“人物”“建筑”“设计”“环保”为切入口，继续探讨、展示侨福芳草地在文化方面的敬仰与追求。借此契机，我们特别策划并拍摄的《侨福读库Vol.3》宣传片将让您看到、听到我们重新出发的方向。
Parkview Green Index, first published in 2015, explores the various facets of Parkview Green FangCaoDi with artfully crafted designs and insightful content. In 2017, we collaborated with Guang Ming Daily publication with an updated edition that focuses on art, personalities, architecture, design and the environment. The Parkview Green Index continues to explore Parkview Green FangCaoDi’s efforts in culture. We want to introduce the specially curated promotional video for Parkview Green Index, Vol. 3 so you can see and hear about our new direction.
艺术篇以介绍中国当代艺术30年为始，延展阅读2017年两个重要的国际展览，为读者引入“中国当代艺术在西方语境下的一个面貌”这个话题。
The art section of this third volume begins with thirty years of Chinese contemporary art, drawing readers into the topic, “the face of Chinese contemporary art in the Western context.”
艺术不是对社会变化和时代精神的记录，而本身就是时代精神的一部分。中国当代艺术的转向依托于中国社会的深刻变化和经济发展，并以此反映时代的变迁。

人物篇则关注黄永松老师对传统文化的坚守、艾滋病患者面对治疗和现实的勇气，以及关爱留守儿童的现状，展示不同人们在生活里的闪光处。
The Figure section highlights Mr. Huang Yong Song's dedication to traditional culture, an AIDS sufferer's bravery in facing reality and his own treatment, and the state of China’s left-behind children.

建筑篇直面中国现代建筑从近代至今的变迁，并以“北京胡同改造”为具体案例，呈现当下的建筑实践。
The architecture section directly faces the shifts in Chinese modern architecture from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present, and presents current practices in architecture through cases of “renovation of the hutongs.”
当代性就是一个人与自身时代的一种独特关系，它既依附于时代，同时又与时代保持距离。

Contemporariness is a singular relationship with one’s own time, which adheres to it and, at the same time, keeps a distance from it.

设计篇在环保的眼光下，以国外具体的设计实践来讨论“废旧材料的设计再利用”，邀请了两位著名学者对谈设计与环保的交互现状。
The design section looks at the “design and reuse of waste materials” in design practice in light of environmental issues, inviting two leading scholars to engage each other in a discussion on design and environmental protection.
从一开始我们就质疑创造“更多”的必要性，因而决定要创造“更少”，提出“再利用”或者只“修改”已经存在的东西。

环保作为侨福集团身体力行的重点，是《侨福读库》设置环境篇的初衷，第三期从空气、水、出行和居住的角度，来阐释我们对于环境与人和谐相处的重视。
The environmental section touches on a major focus of Parkview Group's actions, and interprets Parkview Index’s views on harmony between humanity and nature through the lens of water, air and living.
绿色地图图标是最具特色和最重要的资源之一，因为这是世界上第一套为地图而绘制的国际通用图标。
