Sacher is one of the mostfamous cakes from Austria originally made for the royal family. COVA improved upon the royal recipe with its handmade COVA chocolates：chocolate-marinated cake melts in the mouth, releasing the rich fragrance of cocoa and hazelnuts. Refreshing apricot marmalade in the mid-layer is mixed with the dark chocolate outer layer.
