三顾茅庐又名三顾草庐，典出《三国志·蜀志·诸葛亮传》

 

东汉末年，汉朝宗亲左将军刘备三顾茅庐拜访诸葛亮，他们的谈话内容即《隆中对》 （三分天下的战略决策）。

 

原为汉末刘备去南阳郡邓县隆中（今湖北襄阳隆中）的诸葛亮家去访聘诸葛亮的故事。比喻真心诚意，一再邀请。《三国志.诸葛亮传》记载：“玄卒，亮躬耕陇亩，好为梁父吟。汉晋春秋曰：亮家于南阳之邓县，在襄阳城西二十里，号曰隆中。

 

公元207年冬至公元208年春，当时屯兵新野（今河南新野）的刘备,带着大将关羽、张飞,三次到南阳邓县隆中诸葛草庐请诸葛亮出山辅佐的故事。此后传为佳话，渐成典故，载《三国志·蜀志·诸葛亮传·出师表》。现在常用来比喻真心诚意，一再邀请、拜访有专长的贤人。

The Han, Jin, Spring and Autumn Periods said: Liang Jia is located in Dengxian County of Nanyang, twenty miles west of Xiangyang City, called Longzhong.

 

From the winter of 207 AD to the spring of 208 AD, Liu Bei of Xinye (now Xinye, Henan Province), who was a soldier in the army, went to Longzhong, Dengxian County, Nanyang three times with generals Guan Yu and Zhang Fei to ask Zhuge to show his story of mountain assistance. Since then, it has become a good story and an allusion. It contains "Three Kingdoms, Shu Zhi, Zhuge Liang Zhuan, Shishi Biao". Now it is often used to describe the sincere, repeated invitations, visits to sages with expertise.

张松茂，男，艺名"芝山松茂"。号“芝山松茂”，室名“雅月斋”。江西鄱阳人。张松茂功底深厚，成就极大，是我国陶瓷美术界的全能画师。擅长人物、山水、花鸟等以中国画为主的陶瓷彩绘艺术，尤攻釉上粉彩。他师法自然、坚持写生、艺趣广泛、造诣精深，达到了“集众家之长，成一家之法”的艺术境界。他的作品光彩夺目、品位高、时代感强，在国内外享有盛誉。代表作有《春江花月夜》、《花木兰从军》、《三顾茅庐》、《黄山飞瀑》、《井冈春色》、《百花争艳》、《松鹤延年》、《和靖咏梅》、《春讯图》等，被中外馆藏机构和收藏家争相购藏。显示出张松茂技艺已达到登峰造极的境界。

 

近20年来，张松茂极少画浑厚沉重的历史大画题，但他决不借寥寥数笔“以寄幽情”，尽管一花一草，一山一树，都倾洒热情，凝重功力，精描细染，反复铺陈。他不故作沉抑苍茫，雄峻豪放，而是让这些花草山树，有调遣、有聚集、有轻重、有规模、有全盘的苦心经营，无论粉彩、新彩给人看来每每有融入时代旋律，贴近生活现实的大手笔的感受。至此，可以说，于近代和当代陶瓷艺人中，在守法和创新上的统一协调方面，张松茂是最大的成功者。

 

雅者称其高，俗者谓其美，这就是所谓的雅俗共赏，正如林墉所说“画到慰藉千家万户心，不悖于画旨，也无损于画道，更不辱其画品”。张松茂正是如此，以其大师的闪光智慧，完美健全的文化人格赢得了人心，赢得了市场，在多次匆匆出访他国的应酬之余，张松茂以其创作的丰收，为国家赚取了大笔的收入。
