餐桌上的樱花季
CHERRY BLOSSOM SEASON ON THE DINING TABLE
在日本,四月的樱花不可错过。这次,伊藤酒菜处把樱花季搬上餐桌。
Cherry blossoms in April should not be missed especially in Japan. What if ITO brought the season of cherry blossoms to the table?
无论是樱花Mojito及樱花可尔必思,还是樱花布丁,花之味的香甜在唇齿间慢慢绽放的优雅清香,在晶莹剔透中封存着春季里樱花最美的姿态。
Whether it is Mojito, Calpis or pudding, but all with the cherry blossoms, the fragrance of flowers slowly blossoms between the lips and teeth and you will see the most beautiful posture of cherry blossoms kept in the crystal clear.
而樱花木烟熏澳洲眼肉则采用高品质澳洲M5级牛眼肉,再以名贵樱花木熏制8分钟,使木材的质朴清香与烟熏的浓郁口感,碰撞出不同凡响的味觉体验。更值得一提的是,樱花虾炒饭,听起来简单易做,但却是由“海中红宝石”之称的深海樱花虾制成,所以不难想象这份香气袭人,酥脆可口,颜值与口感并存。
The cherry wood smoked Australian wagyu rib eye is made of high quality of its M5, which is smoked with precious cherry wood for eight minutes, so that the simple fragrance of wood and the rich taste of smoke can create an extraordinary taste experience. What's more, the fried rice with red cherry shrimp, which sounds simple and easy to prepare, is made from the deep-sea red cherry shrimp known as "ruby in the sea", so it's not hard to imagine that it is fragrant and crispy, with both appearance and taste.

THE TASTE OF SPRING GIFTS
这个春天,鼎泰丰带来两份新品:油焖春笋与香干水芹。
Come to Din Tai Fung this spring and try the two new dishes: Braised Spring Bamboo Shoots and Sautéed Water Celery with Dried Tofu.
这两道菜中,春笋产自浙江临安,又称“雷笋”;而江苏溧阳的水芹被誉为“江南时蔬中的一绝”。虽然听起来只是两道清爽小菜,但从选料到烹饪,无不考究用心。
Among these two dishes, spring bamboo shoots are produced in Lin’an, Zhejiang Province, also known as "thunder bamboo shoots"; and water celery in Liyang, Jiangsu Province is known as "the best vegetables in the south of the Yangtze River". Although it sounds like just two refreshing side dishes, everything from the ingredient selection to cooking is carefully done.
油焖春笋将酱汁包裹在春笋上,口感鲜嫩爽快;香干水芹口感香甜脆嫩,咬一口,都可以吃出春天的味道。
The sauce is wrapped on the bamboo shoots making the taste fresh and tender, while Sautéed Water Celery with Dried Tofu tastes crisp and tender. Every bite is account for the taste of spring.
