此枚钱币正面珠圈外上端镌刻“贵州省造”四字，下端镌刻楷书“库平一两”四字，珠圈内铸有“光绪元宝”四字；背珠圈外缘英文字母环绕，两侧铸有一朵小花，珠圈内蟠龙遨游，祥云环绕，蟠龙龙纹铸造精美，眼睛炯炯有神。此币保存完好，包浆入骨，字体纹饰清晰，线条流畅，边齿深峻，铸造工艺极精，具有很高的收藏价值。
This coin is engraved with the four characters of "made in Guizhou Province" on the front and "Kuping one or two" in the regular script at the bottom, and "Guangxu Yuan Bao" in the bead circle.
