This summer, Parkview Green FangCaoDi brought the mountains and beautiful lakes from Switzerland all the way to Beijing.

瑞士国家旅游局在侨福芳草地埋下了6条独家旅游建议路线，经由LIVEMAP APP的AR增强实景，你可以自驾沿着1,600公里公路，造访22个湖泊、5座阿尔卑斯山口，穿越4大语言区；也可以利用极其完备交通系统，搭乘各式火车，公车和渡轮穿越全境。在侨福芳草地就能跨越洲际，从炎热的北京踏上凉爽的瑞士夏日！

Switzerland Tourism organized 6 tourist routes at Parkview Green FangCaoDi where our guests can navigate the 1600-km highways to the 22 lakes, 5 gateways to the Alps and through the 4 language zones inside Switzerland with Augmented Reality (AR) technology on LIVEMAP APP. They can also select the various trains, buses and ferries to walk through the destinations. Cross the continent right at Parkview Green FangCaoDi, from the Beijing summer right to the refreshing Swiss!

• 中奖者本人应承担因中奖须缴纳的个人所得税。

• 个人所得税缴纳方式:中奖者凭本人有效身份证件原件(身份证、护照)到侨福芳草地会员中心(位置:LG2K-13，联系方式:5690 7777)缴纳个人所得税后，领取“瑞士国家旅游局兑奖函”。

• 缴纳个人所得税以及领取兑奖函时间:2018 年 7 月 31 日至 8 月 31 日期间，每周一至周五 10:00-17:00。

• 如中奖者未于 2018 年 8 月 31 日 17:00 前领取“瑞士国家旅游局兑奖函”，将视为中奖者自动放弃其通过瑞士 AR 地图抽奖活动获得的奖品。

• 中奖者及同伴凭借本人有效身份证件，在预计出发前 6 周联系瑞士国家旅游局(地址: 【北京市朝阳区光华路 5 号院世纪财务中心 1 号楼 609 室】，联系方式:【010-8587 6588 或 186 1110 3653】)，瑞士国家旅游局负责奖品发送及后续的安排(包含航班、瑞士 当地交通票、住宿等)。

• 奖品不包含燃油附加费用及其他税项，此部分费用需中奖者在使用前予以缴纳。

• 中奖者最晚应在瑞士当地时间 2018 年 12 月 31 日之前使用完全部奖品，逾期奖品无法继续使用的后果由中奖者自行承担。

• 该奖品不包括以下内容:

  1) 与奖品相关的任何税费
  

  2) 出行人旅行保险费

  3) 签证费
  

  4) 中国当地和机场来回费用

  5) 瑞士日常生活费用(餐饮、购物、出租、以及酒店额外附加费)
  

  6) 以及上文中未明确提及的费用

• 奖品不可转让、出售或兑换现金。

• 如因中奖者自身原因(包括但不限于因中奖者自身原因瑞士机构拒绝办理签证)导致中奖者不能使用该奖品，北京侨福置业有限公司、瑞士国家旅游局、瑞士国际航空公司和托管目的地都不承担任何形式的赔偿。

• 瑞士 AR 抽奖活动最终解释权归瑞士国家旅游局。

Congratulations to the winners! Please see the following terms and conditions:

• Winners are subject to income taxes applicable to the prizes.

• To pay the due taxes, the winner must bring valid ID to Parkview Green FangCaoDi Member Service Centre (located on LG2K-13, phone: 5690-7777) and pay the required income tax before redeeming the prize.

• Time to pay tax and redeem the prize: 31 July - 31 August, 2018, 10:00-17:00, Monday through Friday.
  

• The ones who fail to redeem the voucher from Switzerland Tourism before 17:00 on 31 August will be viewed as forfeit for the prizes.

• Winners for the prizes and their companions shall contact Switzerland Tourism office at least 6 weeks before departure with valid IDs to the following address: 609, Tower 1, Prosper Center, No.5 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, phone: 010-8587-6588 or 186-1110-3653. Switzerland Tourism will oversee the arrangements for prizes and the following procedures, including arrangements for flights, local transportation vouchers, lodging.
  

• Prizes do not include fuel-related fees and other taxes. These fees should be paid before using the tickets.
  

• The prize must be used before 31 December 2018 (latest date of return from Swizerland)

• The following items are not included in the prize:

  a. Any taxes, fees or levies incurred in connection with the prize

  b. Travel insurance costs

  c. Visa related costs

  d. China Domestic travel costs from/to Beijing Capital International Airport

  e. Incidentals in Switzerland (meals, mini-bar, excursions, etc…)

  f. Further travel expenses not explicitly mentioned above.

• The Prize is personal and non-transferable to any other person but the winner and companion. The Prize cannot be redeemed in cash.

• In the event that the winner and companion cannot make use of the prize due to a visa refusal by the Swiss visa authorities, neither Parkview Green FangCaoDi, Switzerland Tourism, SWISS International Air Lines nor the hosting destinations are obliged to any form of compensation.

• Switzerland Tourism reserves the final interpretation for the AR event.
