继几周前香格纳图书馆第一次活动开展以来，公共微信中陆续收到来自多个关于图书馆未来学术活动计划的问询。新年伊始，香格纳画廊有幸邀请到挪威阿斯楚普费恩利现代美术馆（Astrup Fearnley Museet of Modern Art）馆长Dr. Gunnar B. Kvaran与对艺术收藏、学术展览等感兴趣的同仁们一起聊一聊关于美术馆运营、作品收藏，艺术家选择以及策展的那些故事。本次活动将于1月17日（周二）下午3点在香格纳画廊一楼的图书馆举行。Dr. Gunnar B. Kvaran将在一小时的时间中与大家分享他多年来的收藏心得，艺术理念以及策展观点。请查阅如下分享会细节信息。

ShanghART Wechat account has received numerous inquiries regarding the future plan of ShanghART Archive since its opening in last December. At the beginning of the new year, ShanghART is honored to invite Dr. Gunnar B. Kvaran, the Director of the Astrup Fearnley Museet of Modern Art to share his perspectives regarding the museum and it’s Collection and exhibition program. This one hour talk will commence at 3pm on 17 Jan. (Tues.) in the ground floor of ShanghART Gallery. Audiences will be privileged to exchange their thoughts during the Q&A session with Dr. Gunnar B. 2013年里昂双年展的策展人| Curator of the Biennale de Lyon 2013

策展理念：“故事的艺术姿态的原创性来源于其叙事结构的原创性。”

Curatorial Concept: “the originality of a story’s artistic gesture stems from the originality of its narrative constructions.”

Gunnar B. Kvaran同Hans Ulrich Obrist 和Julia Peyton-Jones共同策划了“中国发电站”当代艺术展。这个展览囊括了许多体现震荡中的中国艺术的影像，装置，绘画以及雕塑作品。通过展现这个国家所产生的最具有创新性的回应，让全世界看到了滋养中国艺术的实验性的丰饶土壤。该展览分为四个部分，每个部分在不同的年份及场馆举办：第一部分在2006年伦敦，第二部分在2007年奥斯陆，第三部分在2008年卢森堡，最后在塔林举办的第四部分选用了2010年到2011年之间创作出的新的作品。参加该系列展览的主要艺术家有鸟头，阚宣，梁玥，刘唯艰，孙逊，徐震，杨福东，张鼎和周子曦等。

Together with Hans Ulrich Obrist and Julia Peyton-Jones, Gunnar B. Kvaran curated CHINA POWER STATION, which has videos, major installations, painting and sculpture reveal the vibrant Chinese art scene, showing some of the most innovative responses emerging from the country, which is fertile ground for artistic experimentation. The exhibition has been staged in various venues: Part I in London in 2006 was the first stage of the project. Part II was developed for Oslo in 2007, Part III was staged in Luxembourg in 2008, and Part IV was presented in Turin with a new layout and new works from 2010 until 2011.The artists in the exhibitions are Birdhead, Kan Xuan, Liang Yue, Liu Weijian, SunXun, Xu Zhen, Yang Fudong, Zhang Ding and Zhou Zixi etc.

Astrup Fearnley Museet is a private museum of contemporary art which has been developed as one of the most important art institutions in Oslo since its opening in 1993. In comparison with National gallery and many of the regional museums which pay more attention to Norwegian art, Astrup Fearnley shows more interest in collecting contemporary art internationally.
