明代嘉靖皇朝的“黄地红”珍瓷，是我国宫廷御用瓷发展史上的一个珍贵彩瓷品种，由于其生产工艺十分复杂，而仅供宫廷使用，现存世量十分稀少而格显珍贵。它是在素瓷上以整体黄釉为底色，在勾勒出的纹饰外，罩以矾红。黄釉在下矾红在上。整器以大面积的矾红为地色，突显出尊贵的黄彩纹饰，从成器表面看就形成了黄地红彩的纹饰。以此种色彩组合的瓷器就俗称“黄地红”，也称《黄地红》瓷。以矾红娇黄彩料搭配烧造的釉色，能凸显出帝王用瓷的尊贵，因为在古代封建帝王时代，代表帝王色彩的黄釉只能属于宫廷皇族使用，因此“黄地红”系列的彩瓷是明代宫廷造办处专为帝王烧制的御用瓷。

The "Huangdihong" precious porcelain of Jiajing Dynasty in Ming Dynasty is a precious variety of color porcelain in the development history of imperial ceramics in China. Therefore, the series of "Huangdihong" color porcelain is the Royal Porcelain specially fired for the emperor by the court office of the Ming Dynasty.

本品彩绘制作工艺极为复杂，以低温矾红为底色，以黄釉填充云龙海水灵芝等纹饰。嘉靖年间的矾红是以三氧化二铁悬浊体着色在氧化气氛中烧制而成的低温红釉和红彩。红釉和红彩以青矾为原料，经煅烧、漂洗制得生矾，故称矾红。嘉靖矾红加工生产技术相当成熟，深获内府信任。《明世宗实录》载：“嘉靖二年，令江西烧造瓷器鲜红改作深矾红。”可鉴嘉靖初年，在铜红釉工艺失传的情况下，御器厂得旨曾一度以矾红代替铜红而生产。本品所饰之红彩色泽鲜妍，华丽凝重，涂施匀净厚润，虽然历经过往四百余年的风霜，却丝毫不减其风韵，依然惊艳四方，动人心魄，益见沧桑犹存的厚重感。

"Records of Ming Shizong" contains: "In the second year of Jiajing, Jiangxi firing pottery was changed from bright red to deep alum red." In the early years of Jiajing, when the technology of copper red glaze was lost, the imperial wares factory once produced alum instead of copper red. The red colour of this product is bright, magnificent and dignified. It is well-painted. Although it has gone through more than 400 years of wind and frost, it has no less charm. It is still amazing and touching, and it has a strong sense of vicissitudes.

本品造型敦实而秀润，盖口沿下弧收，为天盖地式宝珠顶盖，全器以矾红彩为色地，以黄彩绘画纹饰。盖面纹饰为缠枝灵芝纹，器身肩部绘如意云一周，腹部主题纹饰为双龙驾腾于寿山福海之上。花饰繁缛丰富，笔意潇洒恣肆，云龙古拙可爱，虽无永乐、宣德盛世威武刚猛之气，却独具诙诡古趣，为嘉靖、万历时期特有之风格。黄红二彩相配得宜，对比强烈，一如前人赞誉：“龙凤花草各肖形容，五彩玲珑极尽华丽”。底部所见胎骨厚重坚致，圈足内均施亮青釉，厚润莹美，中心青花楷书“大明嘉靖年制”双行六字款，色泽浓妍泛紫，笔力遒劲，深透胎骨。

Flower decoration is rich, free and unrestrained, Yunlong is clumsy and lovely, although there is no Yongle, Xuande Shengshi mighty and fierce spirit, but it has a unique witty and ancient interest, which is the unique style of Jiajing and Wanli period. Yellow and red color matches well, the contrast is strong, as the praise of predecessors: "Dragon and phoenix flowers and grass are described in different ways, colorful exquisite and gorgeous". At the bottom, the fetal bones are thick and firm. Bright green glaze is applied inside the circle feet. The central blue and white regular "Daming Jiajing Annual System" has six lines and six lines. The color is lustrous and purple. The strokes are strong and deep through the fetal bones.
