　　斯瓦尔巴基金会将由挪威文化部、特罗姆瑟北挪威艺术博物馆、挪威当代艺术办公室、宋雅皇后平面艺术奖(Queen Sonja Print Award)联合资助。挪威政府希冀通过这一全新的艺术计划，重振这座濒临破产的世界最北“煤都”的经济。
